摘要

目的 研究维药阿里红[Fomes officinalis(Vill. ex. Fr.) Ames]的化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20、MCI柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到4个化合物:阿里红氨酸(1),albicanic acid(2),麦角甾-5,22烯-3β醇(3)和正十二烷(4)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~4均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Fomes officinialis( Vill. ex. Fr.) Ames. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and sephadex LH-20 column,and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Four compounds were obtained and identified as 3-(1-carboxyhexadecylamino)-2-aminosuccinic acid(1),albicanic acid(2),ergosta-5,22,dien-3β-ol(3),and dodecane(4),respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound,and compounds 2-4 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
